"I just wanted to take a minute to let you know how much I appreciate the fine job that you and your Photo Group are doing! I am very pleased with our relationship and the quality of work that we continue to receive from DeForest Creative Group.

I am also impressed with the degree of service of which Jan, Kim, Ada and the rest of the team have given to make our catalog continue to look as good as it can be. Jan will often go out of his way to locate just the right props needed for a particular shot and both Ada and Kim will finesse the shot with propping and lighting and will not give up until it is just what I am looking for. Kim often will improve the shot through retouching and many times has 'performed magic' on our products. On several occasions, we have needed to stay after normal hours to finish a 'hot' shot and you have all gone above and beyond to service our catalog.

I also appreciate that the photo department takes the time to review our printed samples and we all work as a team to make suggestions for improvements on the next round of shooting. It is this strive for perfection that really makes a catalog shine! Often when I look through our competitors' catalogs, I feel that our photography is above the rest.
